Quality Control
Through investments in modern market research technology and thorough quality control processes, we offer the highest level of quality standards and delivery precision for all our services. A dedicated coordinator is responsible for the execution and quality of each project.
Internal procedures and processes are routinely shared and clearly communicated via internal channels. Detailed handbooks are distributed to all interviewers.
Fieldwork International was ISO certified in 2001 according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard (Quality Management Systems). In 2006, Fieldwork International was also certified according to the new standard ISO 20252:2006 (Market, opinion and social research vocabulary and service requirements).
We are also a member of ESOMAR, and we always ensure that their ethical guidelines are continuously met.
