Our postal surveys include everything from simple questionnaires, to product tests and extensive surveys. We conduct approximately 230 postal surveys annually in addition to our postal bus. This totals more than 430,000 mailings per year.

Our close working relationships with printers enable us to facilitate the entire process, everything from printing questionnaires to the delivery of the final data file. All projects have a dedicated coordinator, and strict quality procedures are firmly in place.

Manual checks before mailing the forms are standard practice, as are analysis checks and validity tests of incoming responses to ensure that the sample specifications and quotas are upheld.
